Founded Covest Properties, Inc. in 2009 - specializing in joint homeownership solutions for “challenged” buyers/renters and landlords. Mr. Irvine’s original inspiration came from displaced families and divorcees who had challenging life events that put unusual “household” stress on single moms and dads. Founder and President of Founders Financial, a company that specialized in equity loans, property management and re-habilitation of building projects. Partner in Green Mountain Capital Group. Principal in De Novo Capital that provided business consulting services. President of Incorp, Inc. for a public oil and gas development company. Founder of Partners Golf Network, a management company specializing in joint ventures in the golf driving range business. Founder and President of La Jolla Capital and Torrey Pines Securities. Executive for Sutro & Co. of San Francisco and for several national securities firms. Officer in the United States Marine Corps and a decorated Naval Aviator. Dan Cook
Since 2019, after the success of Dan’s own “Community Homeownership” story with CoVest Properties – he has been a driving force of the CoVest Team. Dan will always continue to be a Community Advocate.

Tamara Webster
Tamara is a Home Enthusiast, promoting home ownership throughout her career. She has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Industry for the past 30 plus years with additional experience in Property Management and Interior Design. She has multiple layers of Senior Management experience from start-up Lenders to mergers as a Regional Vice President with db lending, a division of Deutsche Bank, one of the top 10 Investment Bankers in the world. Tamara is approachable and will be involved in each transaction with Covest Properties and available for any support our client needs.
Tamara is, also, the "Puzzle Assassin", completing over 100 jigsaw puzzles just during Covid. Tamara lives at the beach and lives in her flip flops all year round. Proud momma of two beautiful young adults. Loves to cook, golf, boat, and has a huge soft spot for the elderly.
Jovi (Olivas) Brunswick
The first thing anyone at Covest may tell you is that Jovi is a professional actress. While this is true, as Jovi continues to act when given an opportunity, whether it be on stage or on screen, she is also a Real Estate Agent and has been since 2019. She has specialized in client relations and has been a showing agent where she gained experience and knowledge with her boots on the ground. During that time, she learned about home construction, the real estate industry itself, and dove deeply into what lies in the hearts of her clients when it comes to their real estate dreams. Additionally, Jovi is also a business school grad and entrepreneur with practical media experience.
She has been working with Covest since 2022 and is dedicated to their mission of helping Covestors as well as landlords find a new way to secure their real estate investments and hopes.
On her time off, Jovi has fun collecting books and vintage clothing and, as already mentioned, performing in art!
